1724 Canal St. New Orleans La. Thursday, Febuary 9th. 1928 My dear Mrs. Force: To day the set of photographs and the catalogue of the traveling show arrived safely. They are fine. The exhibition will be held, beginning March 5th, for two weeks at the New Orleans Arts and Crafts, in Royal Street. Miss Vera Morel of the new Orleans Item has charge of the publicity which will immediately begin and will be covered in the four papers. We will probably have treprints in the rotogravure section of the Times Picayune. The Arts and Crafts has a large following for its current exhibits and no doubt is the best place here for the traveling show. The large gallery which will be used is about the size of the Anderson gallery, top floor, big room The walls are covered with natural colored burlap. The hanging and arrangement for the opening will be in charge of Mr. Charles Bien, Mr. Daniel Whitney, and Mr Richard Koch. Mr Bien and Mr Whitney and two of the New Orleans School faculty, whose work you would like, being quite alive and modern and good. Mr Koch is one of the architects here who takes a great interest in booking the Arts and Crafts exhibits. New Orleans is divided into its two camps, the Delgado Museum which is more or less Salam
