Transcript	January 11, 1920. Mr. Cecil Howard, 14 Avenue de Maine, Paris, Fance. Dear Mr. Howard: I regret very much to inform you that owing to the present market condition, I believe it unwise for you to have the exhibition here in the Gallery, in February. Under the circumstances, I also want to advise you not to go to any expense of coming over, as you had planned, in order to help with the exhibition. Regretting that the exhibition cannot go through, I am Sincerely yours, JRF/ASF
