Transcript	January 29, 1929. Mr. Carl Zigrosser, E. Weyhe, 794 Lexington Ave., N.Y. City. Dear Mr. Zigrosser: Thank you very much for your kindness in letting me have The Monkey. I am going to try and sell it again, if not now, I am sure later on, for a larger price than I can afford to pay. If I do that, I will, of course, send Mr. Flannagan the money. It was the only thing in the show I wanted, and I hope you are not too disappointed over losing it, as you have so many of Flannagan's things and I have only one. Mr. Flannagan came in and said you were perfectly willing to do this, and I suppose that is all the arrangement necessary in the matter. If you would rather have me get something in writing from Flannagan, all right. His things have been very much liked here, but so far we have only sold two. I am sure you can do very much better.
