Dear Harley: Mr. Sachs is willing to undertake an exhibition of material from the Whitney Studio Club, pro- viding it is not to be shown in Bos- ton. As I have told you over the telephone, we are pretty well booked up for the early season; however, we have free time in April and May, and might even have the show in the early part of June. Probably we would have it for three weeks. Does this fit in with the present plans of the Club? Personally, I am tremendously pleased that he has agreed to have the material.
