There is a river down the middle of the picture and on the left is a tow path with a man walking along in the distance. The right bank is raised high like a cliff, and above is a road with a small shed in the distance. Along this road are a few utility poles. To the left of the road is another cliff, with a white house atop looking down onto the river. In the background behind the river is a [presumably] large brick building.
