Digitization Specifications	Archive masters were scanned by Thomas T. Surprenant at 600 ppi, 24 bit color using a Canon CanoScan LiDE 600F and Scangear scanning software and saved as uncompressed TIFFs. Auto color correction and cropping were performed on uncompressed service masters (TIFFs) using Photoshop CS2 and Mac OS 10.4. Derivative access files were saved as medium quality JPEGs, 150dpi, 1000 pixels on the long dimension. Thumbnails were generated automatically by CONTENTdm.
